App Tips: Gift Cards & Credit

CREDITS + GIFT CARD INFO

•  We transferred EVERY. SINGLE. CREDIT. Yes, even if you had .01 cent left over, we made sure you got it!
  
  
• You may have multiple gift card codes - while the old app only showed a single credit amount, we had to transfer in batches. We transferred return credits, giveaway credits and gift cards that were redeemed into credit. What this means, if you won credits but also had a return, you will have two different gift cards sent to you. Or If you had multiple accounts (even if you didn't realize), you'll see multiple gift cards.
  
  
•  Did you have an old unredeemed gift card? We sent those over. The old code still works, just need to omit the spaces!
  
  
• How To Use Your Credits? Yes, the process has changed. Once you redeem a few times, it will be easier than a Sunday Morning! I created all kinds of graphics to give you the full run down.
