Shopping Questions

What size should I order?

We carry something for every body from size 0 to 24W! We carry misses and plus sizes! We have several models of various shapes and sizes. All items feature an accurate description of how it fits along with the size the models are wearing, their size and the size they prefer. You can view all our general sizing charts here.

Do you have a store location?

We don't offer a physical store for you to come in and shop. But we do offer local pickup! This means that you can order your products online, and you can swing by to pick them up!

Since you don’t have a store, how can I shop?

There are so many ways to shop with us! You can shop right here on our website, or use our Whiskey Skies App. You can also join us on Facebook for live shows, Instagram Stories and TikTok if you don't want to miss a thing.

How do I download the Whiskey Skies App?

Head to your Google Play or Apple iOS store and search "Whiskey Skies!" Download and register for free! You'll be addicted in no time.

Do you have gift cards?

We do! They make great gifts! You can grab a gift card here.

Why did I receive a refund for my order?

We try to make sure that our orders are in great condition when they leave our warehouse, but sometimes an item might not meet our quality control standards or be oversold. In these cases, we issue a refund and send an email with details. If you don't see an email from us with details about your refund, please check your spam folder.

I purchased an item recently and now it’s on sale. Help?

Thank you for your order! We're sorry to hear that you didn't get the price you wanted, but we do appreciate that you support us.

Unfortunately, we cannot control when items go on sale and sometimes they go on sale because it is our very last item available. We cannot apply coupons or adjust past purchases.

I am local to Las Vegas, Can I pick up my order?

Yes and we'd love to see you! We're located just a mile from town square, and our normal business hours are Monday through Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. If your order has been filled during that time, just swing by the shop and pick it up—we'll be here waiting for you!

If you need an after-hours pick-up, please send us an email to hello@whiskeyskies.com so we can let you know our extended hours for the week.

When will my order ship?

We are so excited for you to get your Whiskey Skies order! Most orders ship within 24-48 business hours. We do not ship on weekends. If we are ever behind shipping, we will communicate via our Insiders Group. Join here to stay up to date with the latest Whiskey Skies news.

How do I update my address?

If you made a mistake on your address, please reach out to us here or at hello@whiskeyskies.com as soon as possible.

We ship SUPER fast so the moment you realize please contact us. After your order leaves our warehouse, we are unable to make any changes.

What carriers do you ship through?

We ship all orders through USPS, Fedex and UPS!

What is your return policy?

We're glad you asked! You can read our full return policy here.

Will you email me when you receive my return?

Best news ever! Our return portal is automated now! Click here to initiate a return or check on a status of a return. Once your return is accepted, you will receive an email with your Whiskey Skies gift card or credit.

If the item(s) you returned were purchased on our website, you will be emailed a Whiskey Skies Gift card that can be redeemed on our website.

If the item(s) you returned were purchased on our app or a live, your credit will be put on your CommentSold account.

I received the wrong order or item, now what?

Oh boy, We are so sorry! Unfortunately, sometimes mistakes happen, even though we do our best to make sure every order is shipped accurately. If you can send pictures of your order and if there is a shipping slip inside your package and then email us here or at hello@whiskeyskies.com so we can investigate and get you your proper order as soon as possible. We respond to emails Monday through Friday within 48 business hours, but usually much sooner.

I returned an item and didn’t get a credit. What happened?

Please make sure that you read our return policy, initiated a return through our new return platform, and followed all return instructions. If all looks good or you need some help with the process, reach out to us at hello@whiskeyskies.com and provide your order number so we can look into this.

I received a damaged item, now what?

We're so sorry to hear that your order arrived with a damaged item. We know that's frustrating, and we're committed to doing our best to make sure things like this don't happen again.

Please reach out to hello@whiskeyskies.com with your name, order number and photos of the damage and we will assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I exchange an item?

You are always happy to return an item within our return policy. After the item is returned, you are able to purchase it if the item is still available. Many of our customers typically buy their item they want and return the one that doesn’t fit. Our inventory changes quickly and sometimes an item sells out before your return arrives to our warehouse.
